Custom tailoring usually takes a few weeks, then shipping on top of that. Might be tight for 6 weeks, you should probably check their timeline on the site or ask customer service.

Design Formal is more custom focused, like you send them your exact measurements. Azazie has some custom options but DF feels more tailored. Lulus is more off-the-rack and ready to ship, usually not custom.

I'd say DF is a step up from Lulus in terms of customization and fabric options. Azazie is probably the closest competitor for custom sizing, but DF felt a bit more personalized to me.
